Body language speaks volume. Here’s how to read anyone instantly.
Body language can provide the same if not more insight into what one person is saying.

-Pay attention to their hands:
Hands in pockets? They’re likely hiding something, insecure, disinterested, or can just be relaxed.

-Pay attention to their face:
Touching their hair? They like you, a little nervous, and when done repeatedly that can signal they’re bored or uncomfortable.

-Pay attention to their posture and their feet placement:
If their feet are pointed towards you, they’re interested in you. If they’re pointed away from you and even towards the door, they’re disinterested or uncomfortable.

As always keep in mind there will be nuances and individual (including for those that are neurodivergent) and cultural differences and be aware of the specific context you’re in.
