Captiva Island with Jockey

This post was sponsored by Jockey. All opinions are my own.

Hi all,

Recently, you saw Stories and images of a trip I took to Captiva Island in Florida with Jockey and today, I wanted to share more about the trip with you, including the hotel we stayed at – South Seas Island Resort, and the outfits I wore. So let’s read on:

Friday

We arrived Friday afternoon and immediately I was happy to have been transported back to Florida’s year-rounds Summer weather. Oh, Florida.. how I miss you! After an expedited check-in at the hotel, I was provided the keys to my own…. HOUSE! That’s right, a two-story, three-bedroom house is where I stayed at. Much bigger than my tiny NYC apartment, so I wasn’t complaining!

One of the absolute highlights of not only this trip, but any trip I’ve taken, came right afterwards as we set sail on a sunset cruise. Watching the sunset with a pina colada in hand was great. And then the dolphins appeared. That’s right: a pod of dolphins started swimming around us and playing on the boat’s wake. It was a magical experience – I couldn’t believe it!

That same night, prior to bed time, the girls and I got together for some drinks and banter and ended up getting into a massive fight – a pillow fight that is!

Wearing some of Jockey’s newest PJs (top and bottom), which are super soft and are available in a great selections of neutrals and prints and Jockey robe.

Saturday

Next day we were up bright and early for a sunrise yoga class. Here, I opted for a black combo, with leggings and a top. These are also offered in both neutrals and fun prints, so you’ll find what you’re looking for. As we were doing yoga, our old friends the dolphins came back and you could see a pod ( maybe the same one?) playing and splashing in the horizon.

Next up was a relaxing massage courtesy of the hotel. With my schedule as of late, I really needed and it delivered. For night time, the hotel prepared a yummy clam bake.

Sunday

The day starts off with an amazing bike ride around the island. Here, I wore black pants from Jockey and a sports bra as the top. The bra itself fit great – likely one of the  best fitting sports bras I’ve worn, and this one was Aqua with lace. There are, of course, several color options for you to choose from.

The rest of the day had us enjoying some time pool side and I lunched on Conch Fritters, which I hadn’t had since my last trip to the Keys. And they were soooo yummy! We finished off the day with a yummy dinner and star gazing on the beach with some fun pranks and jokes to cap off what had been an amazing and fun trip.

Thank you Jockey for having me along!

Xoxo,

Christie
