Hot Bag Alert: Brahmin Gabriella Satchel Review

Art Basel is in full swing right now in Miami and I brought one of my favorite new bags along for the ride. So for today’s edition of the Hot Bag Alert series, we’re looking in detail at the gorgeous Brahmin Gabriella Satchel bag!

Dare I say this could be one of those perfect every day bags? It’s classy, it’s chic and it's spacious. Its briefcase-like design makes it the perfect work companion, but unlike other boring work bags, it can easily come with you out after work, or on the weekend. Today, I’m wearing it with a fun dress in the Design District in Miami while attending Art Basel events. But it can easily be styled with more work-appropriate pieces. For example, pair the bag with a pair of straight-leg pants and a blouse and you're work-ready. For a more casual outing, denim works equally as well. You can then opt for a Tee, button-down shirt or blouse for the top!

Specifications

While primarily shown as a Top Handle bag, the bag comes with a removable should strap allowing you to sport it by the handle or cross body. A firm flap closure ensures nothing gets lost and an interior zipper and two additional pockets (including a special pen pocket) allow for organization in a bag that is sizable enough to carry all your daily items, including phone, keys, wallet, make up and then some. At 11.5’’ wide and 9’’ high, it stands at a great size that is big enough to fit a lot, but not too big where its size becomes a problem.

The Gabriella Satchel comes in a variety of colors, including black, pecan, chardonnay ( an off-white creamy, pink color) and “Toasted Macaroon” (white) and is priced at $345.
