NYFW Outfit #1
Hi all,
F/W 2017 New York Fashion Week is officially behind us, and so we take a closer look at the outfits. Day 1 was a special one because it featured none other than Mother Nature surprising us with a massive snowstorm. But as this is NYFW, the show must go on.
This day's shows included Nicholas K , Brock Collection, Cinq a sept, Tadashi Shoji, and Noon by Noor.
The statement piece for this look was from none other than Tadashi Shoji and of course, it was this beautiful, faux fur green and black coat. Because it was freezing and we needed to let the coat be the hero, I paired it with a black turtleneck and my favorite faux leather leggings. For shoes, I grabbed these gorgeous open-toe booties from Aska collection. I love that they're all black but had an embossed snake print on the side of the boot for more of a statement. Don't worry, my toes survived and were actually quite warm despite the frigid temperatures.
For the bag, I grabbed a fun bucket bag from Staud Collection as its color contrasted beautifully against the Tadashi coat.
Special thank you to Fashionista.com and AOL Fashion for featuring this look! Also got snapped with my girls so thought it would be cute to share!
Thank you for reading!
xoxo,
Christie
