NYFW Outfit #5 + The Sweatshirt Trend

Hi all,

We continue going through each individual outfit from NYFW 2017 and today we're talking sweatshirts! Which, if you watched the videos from the shows, you might have noticed will be a huge trend for next Fall & Winter. This particular sweatshirt inspired today's more casual look, so let's dive in and see what is what!

How to Style The Sweatshirt Look

The look started with this beautiful M Missoni sweatshirt- I knew I wanted to wear it so the questions was: What do we style it with? It's loud, that's for sure! So I went with a white turtleneck and then layered a black boat-necked sweater on top. For added warmth and a sort of "cool" effect, I grabbed an oversized black leather jacket to wear off my shoulders. - hey it's February in NYC!

To finalize the look, I grabbed one of my go-to black leather leggings - strongly recommend you have one pair in your wardrobe - and black booties. For the bag, I thought I'd balance the more casual and masculine look with a feminine piece, so I graviatated towards my new pink Gucci. :)
