Flamingo Maxi Dress

Today we are discussing this fun, flamingo-loving maxi dress and maxi dresses in particular. A staple for Summer, but also welcomed lambast year-round, Maxi dresses are a must-have in any wardrobe. So let's take a good look and this flamingo maxi dress. 

Maxi Dresses

Maxi dresses are perfect almost year-round, but they're even more perfect in the Summer, when temperatures reach scorching levels. Plus, there's something about a maxi dress that helps you look polished while being comfortable at the same time. A maxi dress can be very figure-flattering on all body types and conceals most unwanted body areas. A synonym for maxi dresses should be versatility. They're super easy to dress up or dress down simply by changing the accessories. Heading out during the day for errands and lunch? Pair the dress with flat sandals, medium-to-large straw bag, bangles and hoop earrings. 

Headed out at night time? Pair the dress with heeled espadrilles and a smaller straw bag for a causal night out or opt for stilettos, a small clutch and statement earrings and you'll be ready for a wedding or evening event. 

Flamingo Print Maxi Dress

For today's outfit, I chose this flamingo-print maxi dress from Rachel Roy. The dress features a side-slit for a little extra skin. The dress features detachable straps so you can opt to strapless to avoid tan lines during the day, if you wish. If you need additional support, the straps should provide it. For those concerned with it being see-through, don't be! The dress also features an inside lining with a hemline just above the knee. 

But we have to talk about the flamingo, right? Perfect for summer and a super fun print. Here, I styled it with a boat hat, heeled espadrilles and straw clutch for an outfit that was meant to be taken from day to night.
