Acrylic Crib + Nursery Reveal and Essentials!

Super excited to share with you the first of my nursery reveal posts! Today, we’re talking the crib, mattress and other first items that have begun to come in. As you may be able to figure out, baby Ferrari’s nursery theme is that of an African Safari, complete with giraffe, elephant and other animals to come. Nursery Reveal
Slowly but surely, the pieces for the nursery are coming in and the nursery is beginning to take shape. There are still some items missing, but this will be the first post that I feature items from Baby Ferrari’s nursery. The theme we’ve chosen to do is that of an African Safari - yup, we’re big animal lovers over here.
Acrylic Crib + Mattress
So the main first reveal here is the crib and the mattress. The bedding is still on its way, but I wanted to share details of the acrylic crib and breathable mattress. I’m super excited with how this came out. The acrylic crib is something I always wanted - I feel it looks modern, yet elegant. Below, you’ll find the same, and other similar ones as well if you’re considering an acrylic crib. This particular crib functions as a newborn crib, and then can be assembled and adjusted for when he grows up a bit as well.
For the mattress, Newton mattresses have been well recommended to me as they’re breathable and washable (only one in the market), which are two great things to know you can have. It’s hypoallergenic, too! The cover slips right off and goes into the washing machine.

Other Essentials
Some of the other items I got include a rug, organizational items. For example, the cute elephant basket is perfect to have all the toys and stuffed animals and it also comes in a giraffe, lamb and unicorn version as well to fit whatever theme you’re going for.
The clothing organizers from Amazon are amazing. I’ve essentially organized Baby Ferrari’s clothes and shoes into different organizers and it makes all the difference!
