Best Instagram Spots in NYC - Financial District
Hi all,
Last year, we took a look at where to take pictures in Miami and the Abacos Islands at the Best Instagram Spots. Today, I’m excited to share the first edition of where to take pictures in NYC, starting with the Financial District.
Where to take pictures in NYC’s Financial District
Also known as Fidi, Financial District is a great location to capture NYC photography whether you’ve lived here all your life or are visiting and want to capture iconic New York in the background. Below you will find 7 great locations and the best time to capture photography here.
City Hall Subway Station
Beautiful ceilings and columns can help you capture quite the dramatic picture!
Seaport
Cobblestone streets, ships, and Brooklyn views. You’ll feel like you’re in old New York.
Brooklyn Bridge
You can’t come to Financial District and not shoot at this iconic world famous bridge. There’s so many vantage perspectives as well! But If you want to get a shot without many people then come at Sunrise and not 30 minutes after, it’ll be packed by then!
31 Chambers
This beautiful court building has stunning green light poles that can be the most beautiful background!
Stone Street
During the summer this street is lined with outdoor restaurant tables but if you want to capture this beautiful street then come during the winter before the weather becomes nice for tables to be put out!
Intersection by 222 Broadway
With a beautiful clock in the background and city views, this is a great crosswalk with a NYC vantage! You’ll be sure to capture tons of taxi’s in the background!
Charging Bull / Wall street
The iconic Charing Bull of Wall street is another must-stop, must-see place. It was extra special when the girl was standing in front of it too!
