4 Work From Home (WFH) Outfits Haul
Hi all,
Excited to bring you a brand new post today and we’re talking working from home. This is a topic we’ve talked about in the past and a very pertinent one even now in 2021. Most of us are still working from home in some capacity, and for some, that might never change again. But just because we’re working from home, that doesn’t mean we can’t dress cute. So let’s take a look at four WFH outfits ideas for your next work week!
WFH and Getting Ready
We’ve spoken about this in the past too: actually getting ready in the mornings, even if we work from home has a positive effect with your productivity. So consider putting on that little bit of make up, and getting dressed as if you were going into the office and see how that impacts your productivity.
4 WFH Outfits to Try
White Button Down Dress
I’m a big fan of white button down dresses. They look like traditional white button down, but with a loose hemline, it makes it much more comfortable. I’m wearing here an Anine Bing dress, and I’m also sharing a look-for-less below as well. The white button dress gives you that professional look for Zoom/Google/Teams calls, but you’ll be comfortable and likely in flip flops or barefoot!
The Cardigan
Few things accomplish as much as a cardigan for working from home. A cardigan is the perfect piece to “finish” an outfit, but it also elevates, or brings the look more office-ready. Plus, it keeps you warm in the winter months to boot! It’s a win-win! For this look, I’m going with jeans, cardigan and a tank. Think casual Friday outfit, but versatile enough to still do mom things!
Try wearing with a tank or tee and jeans or faux leather pants. Or look for cozy matching shorts for when the work day is over too. This is all about comfy, comfy!
The Cool Blouse
If cardigans aren’t your thing, you can go instead for a cool blouse like this faux leather one. Or, get ready for Spring already in this blouse, or this one, and pair with jeans.
The Sweater Dress
Remember that sweater dress haul? It’s time to re-visit it again, because sweater dresses are an amazing option for WFH and they have been my go-to as of late. Sweater dresses are comfortable like sweats but totally great for WFH. You can go beige, gray, neutral, colorful - you name it and you can’t go wrong!
