3 Mom-Friendly Outfits & Shoes for Summer

Excited to share with you 3 mom-friendly outfits and shoes for Summer! All shoes are courtesy of Sam Edelman, and I’m wearing them non-stop! But what exactly is a mom-friendly outfit or shoe for me? It’s one in which I’m comfortable, I look good, and I won’t have a wardrobe snafu if my son pulls on the clothing. It’s one that I can do all the mom things without worrying too much about other things - I can just focus on Oliver and look cute while at it. So let’s jump right in!

3 mom-approved outfits for summer

So the 3 mom-approved outfits all feature shoes from Sam Edelman, but are all slightly different and for different occasions this summer. But you’d be wise to have all of these outfits ready to go as you’ll be loving these all season long!

For the pool/beach

If you’re headed to the pool or beach this summer, start with the easiest and comfiest flip-flops - the Gerianne flip flops from Sam Edelman. These thong flip flops come in a variety of colors and are easy to slip on or off. I’m wearing a one-piece black bathing suit from Amazon and a fun black cover. Plus no summer is complete without a big hat!

For Summer errands

This second look is perfect for errands and every day things. It features the super comfy Geana platform Gladiator sandals from Sam Edelman. Thanks to the platform, they’re easier on the feet and knees, plus you get almost 2 extra inches which is great for us short people. For the look itself, I grabbed these fun denim bermuda shorts and a v-neck top.

For lunch/dinner out or shopping

I love a good, flowy dress for Summer and this pink is super cute! I paired it with the Tihana strappy sandals. They have a small 1/2 inch heel in the back and are lace up.
